A delicious and mouthwatering snack as the name suggests! Try this for your evening snacks or when you are hosting your kid’s birthday party and be ready to be showered with compliments!
Ingredients:
- 3 boiled and mashed potatoes
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale bhuna jeera
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale black pepper powder
- ½ tablespoon red chilli powder
- ¼ tablespoon chaat masala
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 green chillies chopped
- Coriander leaves
- ½ tablespoon salt
- 3 cheese cubes
- 2 tablespoon maida
- ½ cup water
- 7-8 breads (As per requirement)
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the potato stuffing: In a bowl, mix 3 boiled and mashed potatoes with ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale bhuna jeera, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale black pepper powder, ½ tablespoon red chilli powder, ¼ tablespoon chaat masala, 1 onion chopped, 2 green chillies chopped, coriander leaves and ½ tablespoon salt and knead everything well together. Grate 3 cheese cubes on the top and give it a good mix.
- Roll the stuffing: Apply some oil in hands and roll the stuffing into small-medium cylindrical shapes and set it aside.
- Prepare the paste: Dissolve 2 tablespoons of maida in ½ cup of water and make it a paste.
- Grind the bread: Cut the sides of bread and put it in a mixer and grind it coarsely.
- Roll the bread: Roll the middle portion of bread flat, and apply the prepared paste on it. Place the prepared potato stuffing in the middle and close it and seal it in the corners.
- Serve it hot with some sauce and relish it.
Tips:
- Apply the maida coating on top of the bread before placing the stuffing to make sure it does not open up and fall out.
