At Bhoj Masale, customer satisfaction and food safety are our highest priorities. As we deal in packaged food products, our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy has been designed to ensure fairness to customers while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, all products sold by Bhoj Masale are non-returnable once delivered, except in the cases specifically mentioned under this policy.
A replacement request may be considered if the customer receives:
Damaged product(s) during transit.
Manufacturing defect.
Wrong product(s) delivered.
Missing product(s) from the shipment.
Leaking, tampered or defective packaging.
All replacement requests are subject to verification by Bhoj Masale.
To initiate a claim, customers must contact Bhoj Masale within 24 hours of delivery.
The following documents are mandatory:
Complete unboxing video recorded from opening the sealed package.
Clear photographs of the affected product(s).
Visible shipping label.
Order number.
Claims received without sufficient supporting evidence may not be accepted.
Upon successful verification, Bhoj Masale may, at its sole discretion:
Replace the affected product(s), or
Provide store credit, where applicable.
Replacement shall be processed only after completion of the verification process.
Replacement or refund requests shall not be accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Customer does not like the taste, aroma, colour or texture.
Product opened, consumed or partially used.
Improper storage or handling after delivery.
Minor damage to outer packaging that does not affect product quality.
Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Delivery refusal by the customer.
Failure to receive the shipment despite delivery attempts.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or dispatched.
Bhoj Masale reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability.
Payment verification failure.
Pricing or technical errors.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Any other reason considered appropriate by the management.
Where Bhoj Masale cancels a prepaid order before dispatch, the full amount paid shall be refunded to the original payment method.
Bhoj Masale follows a Replacement First Policy.
As our products are packaged food items, refunds are generally not offered.
Refunds shall only be considered in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
Order cancelled by Bhoj Masale before dispatch.
Duplicate payment received.
Product permanently unavailable after payment.
Any other case specifically approved by Bhoj Masale management.
Where approved, refunds shall be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending upon the customer's bank or payment gateway.
Orders returned due to any of the following reasons shall be treated as customer-related delivery failures:
Incorrect or incomplete address.
Customer unavailable during delivery.
Failure to answer delivery calls or messages.
Refusal to accept delivery.
In such cases:
Re-dispatch shall be undertaken only after payment of applicable shipping charges.
For eligible prepaid orders, refunds, if approved, shall be processed only after deducting actual forward and return logistics charges incurred by Bhoj Masale.
Every Bhoj Masale product undergoes quality checks before dispatch.
Natural variations in colour, aroma or texture due to seasonal sourcing of spices do not constitute manufacturing defects and shall not be considered valid grounds for replacement or refund.
