1.1 All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery (COD) verification, wherever applicable.
1.2 Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.3 Orders are dispatched only after successful order verification and are subject to product availability.

2.2 Orders are shipped through reputed logistics partners including, but not limited to, Eshopbox, Shiprocket, Rapid Shipping, BigShip, and other courier service providers selected by Bhoj Masale.
3.1 Standard delivery is generally completed within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
3.2 Delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary depending upon:
Delivery location
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Courier network delays
Operational disruptions
Other unforeseen circumstances
3.3 Bhoj Masale does not guarantee delivery on any specific date or time.
4.1 Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS and/or WhatsApp.
4.2 Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier partner's tracking system.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value, shipping method, package weight and delivery destination.

Important:
All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to verification via WhatsApp and/or telephone before dispatch.
Bhoj Masale follows a Zero Tolerance Policy towards fraudulent Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, including but not limited to:
Fake order placement
Providing incorrect or misleading delivery information
Intentional refusal to accept genuine orders
Repeated non-acceptance of COD shipments
Any activity resulting in avoidable logistics losses
Where fraudulent intent is identified, Bhoj Masale reserves the right to:
Cancel pending orders without prior notice
Disable future Cash on Delivery (COD) facilities
Block the customer from placing future orders
Recover logistics and operational costs where legally permissible
Report fraudulent activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

6.1 Bhoj Masale currently delivers across India.
6.2 International shipments may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval, applicable shipping charges, customs regulations and destination country restrictions.
6.3 We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) Box addresses.
7.1 Bhoj Masale shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Floods or extreme weather
Public holidays
Government restrictions
Transport strikes
Courier network disruptions
Force majeure events
7.2 In case of any significant delay, our customer support team will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
An order may be returned to our warehouse (RTO) due to:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
Refusal to accept delivery
Failure to respond to courier communications
8.1 In such cases, Bhoj Masale will contact the customer for re-dispatch.
8.2 Re-shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
8.3 For eligible prepaid orders, refunds, if approved, shall be processed only after deducting the actual forward and return logistics charges incurred by Bhoj Masale.
9.1 All orders are dispatched through authorised third-party logistics partners.
9.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and remaining available on their registered mobile number for delivery coordination.
9.3 Delivery personnel may contact customers using mobile numbers that are not saved in their contact list.
9.4 Bhoj Masale shall not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays or additional logistics expenses arising due to:
Incorrect shipping information
Customer non-availability
Failure to answer courier calls
Refusal to accept delivery
9.5 Delivery shall be deemed complete once the shipment has been delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer and acknowledged by the customer or any authorised recipient present at the delivery location.
Customers must report any issue relating to damaged, missing, tampered or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery.
To facilitate investigation, customers must provide:
Complete unboxing video recorded from opening the sealed package
Clear photographs of the affected product(s)
Visible shipping label
Order number
Bhoj Masale reserves the right to reject claims where sufficient supporting evidence is not provided.
