Bhoj Masale follows a Zero Tolerance Policy towards fraudulent COD orders, including but not limited to:
Fake order placement
Intentional refusal of genuine orders
Providing incorrect contact or delivery details
Repeated non-acceptance of COD shipments
In cases where fraudulent intent is identified, Bhoj Masale reserves the right to:
Block the customer from future purchases
Cancel pending orders without notice
Recover logistics and operational losses where applicable
Report fraudulent activities to the relevant local law enforcement authorities

6.1 We currently ship across India, Overseas couriers are subject to management approvals
6.2 We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
7.1 Bhoj Masale is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Transport strikes
Regulatory restrictions
Courier network disruptions
7.2 In case of significant delays, our support team will proactively update you.
8.1 If an order is returned due to:
Incorrect address
Customer unavailable
Refusal to accept delivery
We will contact you for re-dispatch.
8.2 Re-shipping charges will apply OR refund will be processed after deducting forward and return shipping costs.
