Bhoj Masale – Shipping Policy (7-Day Delivery Commitment)

1. Order Processing

1.1 All orders placed on Bhoj Masale are processed within 1–2 business days from order confirmation.

1.2 Orders placed after working hours or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

2.1 We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Cash on Delivery (Chargeable)

  • Express Shipping (Chargeable)

2.2 Our logistics partners may include (but are not limited to):
Eshopbox, Shiprocket, Rapid Shipping, BigShip, and other reputed courier partners.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

3.1 Standard shipping delivery timeline is 5–7 business days after order dispatch.

3.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics partner delays

  • Public holidays

  • Operational disruptions

3.3 Bhoj Masale does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

4. Tracking Information

4.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email / SMS / WhatsApp.

4.2 Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on courier tracking systems.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery location.

A. Digital Payment Orders

Note:
All COD orders are verified via WhatsApp and/or phone call before dispatch.

Bhoj Masale follows a Zero Tolerance Policy towards fraudulent COD orders, including but not limited to:

  • Fake order placement

  • Intentional refusal of genuine orders

  • Providing incorrect contact or delivery details

  • Repeated non-acceptance of COD shipments

In cases where fraudulent intent is identified, Bhoj Masale reserves the right to:

  • Block the customer from future purchases

  • Cancel pending orders without notice

  • Recover logistics and operational losses where applicable

  • Report fraudulent activities to the relevant local law enforcement authorities

C. Express Shipping

  • ₹200 per KG

  • Available only on Prepaid (Digital Payment) Orders

6. Shipping Coverage

6.1 We currently ship across India, Overseas couriers are subject to management approvals

6.2 We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

7. Delays & Exceptions

7.1 Bhoj Masale is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Transport strikes

  • Regulatory restrictions

  • Courier network disruptions

7.2 In case of significant delays, our support team will proactively update you.

8. Non-Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

8.1 If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

We will contact you for re-dispatch.

8.2 Re-shipping charges will apply OR refund will be processed after deducting forward and return shipping costs.

9 Delivery & Customer Availability 

9.1 All orders are dispatched from our warehouse through third-party logistics partners.

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details and remain available on the registered mobile number for delivery coordination. Delivery partners may contact customers from mobile numbers that may not be saved in their contacts.

In case the customer is unavailable, does not respond to delivery calls/messages, provides an incorrect address, or refuses delivery, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse (RTO). Any re-shipping charges incurred for re-dispatching such orders shall be borne by the customer.

Bhoj Masale shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional logistics costs arising from customer non-availability or non-cooperation with the delivery partner.

For claims relating to transit damage, missing items, or package tampering, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide relevant photographs and an unboxing video for verification.

Risk and responsibility for the shipment remain with Bhoj Masale until successful delivery to the customer. However, delivery failures caused by customer inaccessibility, incorrect information, or refusal to accept the shipment shall be treated as customer-related delivery failures.

10. Claims & Disputes

10.1 Claims for damaged / missing / wrong products will be accepted only with:

  • Proper unboxing video

  • Clear product images

  • Visible shipping label
