Permanent blocking of COD facility
Blocking of customer account
Recovery of logistics costs where legally permissible
Reporting fraudulent activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities
Shipping, delivery timelines and logistics are governed by the Bhoj Masale Shipping Policy available on the website.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending upon courier operations and other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the Bhoj Masale Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
