Simple and delicious snack recipe that is easy to make with very less and easily available ingredients. Try this snack for your evening tea time and even for your kid’s school snack box!
Ingredients:
- 1½ cup wholewheat atta
- ¼ cup sooji
- ¼ tablespoon ajwain
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 cube cheese grated
- Salt to taste
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale italian seasoning
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale chilli flakes
Instructions:
- Make the dough: In a bowl, add 1½ cup wholewheat atta, ¼ cup sooji, ¼ tablespoon ajwain, 2 tablespoon oil, 1 cube cheese grated and salt to taste and mix well. Add ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale italian seasoning and ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale chilli flakes and knead it to a soft dough. Set it aside for a few minutes.
- Fry: Roll the dough into a medium circle and cut it into desired shape or size. Fry this in oil.
- Whole wheat nimki is ready to be snacked on!
Tips:
- Add the cheese in the dough to give it a crispy texture.
