Simple, tasty and fulfilling recipe to try for your lunchbox or dinner menus!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup fresh peas
- 1 cup gobi
- 1 cup potatoes
- 1 cup carrot
- 1 cup beans
- 2 tablespoon oil
- A pinch of asafoetida
- 1 tablespoon jeera
- ¼ tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 cup curd
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale kitchen king masala
- ½ tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 9-10 soaked cashews
- Milk or malai (Optional)
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala
- Coriander leaves
- Salt as required
Instructions:
- Prepare the vegetables: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add the potatoes, a pinch of asafoetida, 1 tablespoon jeera, ¼ tablespoon turmeric powder and ½ tablespoon salt and saute well. Once cooked well, add ½ cup fresh peas, 1 cup gobi, 1 cup carrot and 1 cup beans and mix well.
- Garnish: Add 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala and coriander leaves in the end and give it a good mix.
- Serve this hot with some ghee rice and enjoy!
Tips:
- Add garam masala in the end to avoid overcooking it as it gives a burnt taste of overcooked.
