Simple, tasty and fulfilling recipe to try for your lunchbox or dinner menus!

    1. Prepare the vegetables: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add the potatoes, a pinch of asafoetida, 1 tablespoon jeera, ¼ tablespoon turmeric powder and ½ tablespoon salt and saute well. Once cooked well, add ½ cup fresh peas, 1 cup gobi, 1 cup carrot and 1 cup beans and mix well.
  • Prepare the paste: In a bowl, mix 1 cup curd, 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale coriander powder, 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale kitchen king masala and ½ tablespoon cinnamon powder and mix thoroughly without any lumps.
  • Mix the paste: Once the vegetables are 80% cooked, add the prepared paste and combine well. Cover and cook until it boils.
  • Thickening paste: Take 9-10 soaked cashews and grind it thoroughly in a mixer. Add milk or malai to make it thicker. Add this paste to the vegetables and mix well.
    1. Garnish: Add 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale garam masala  and coriander leaves in the end and give it a good mix.
    2. Serve this hot with some ghee rice and enjoy!

    Tips:

    • Add garam masala in the end to avoid overcooking it as it gives a burnt taste of overcooked.
