Quick and simple recipe to savour some delicious and mouthwatering mushroom masala that hits hard on a cold evening day!
Ingredients:
- 250 grams mushroom
- 1 tablespoon maida
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- ½ tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon jeera powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale chicken masala
- 3 tablespoon curd
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 black cardamom
- 2 green cardamoms
- ½ cup onion
- ½ cup tomato
- ½ tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chilli powder
- ¼ cup water
- Coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Clean the mushrooms: Add 1 tablespoon maida to 250 grams of mushroom and add water to it. Rinse it well and soak it in normal water again. Cut the mushrooms in half and set it aside.
- Season the mushroom: To the mushroom, add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon red chilli powder, ½ tablespoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon jeera powder, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale chicken masala and 3 tablespoon curd and coat it well.
- Prepare the gravy base: Heat 2 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon ghee and add 2 bay leaves, 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, 1 black cardamom, 2 green cardamoms, ½ cup onion and ½ cup tomato and saute well.
- Once it is cooked well, add 1 tablespoon of garam masala and chopped up coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot with some rotis or rice and enjoy!
Tips:
- Clean the mushroom with some maida water before cooking to remove dirt and germs on it.
