Ingredients:
- 1 cup curd
- 4-5 mint leaves
- Coriander leaves
- ½ tablespoon black salt
- 1 cup water
- ½ tablespoon ghee
- A pinch of asafoetida
- ½ tablespoon jeera
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale chaas masala
- 2 ice cubes
- 2 tablespoon bhoondi
Instructions:
- Whisk the curd: Whisk one cup curd thoroughly with a whip.
