Summer Special Tadka Chaas Recipe

An easy and addictive recipe for quenching your thirst on a hot summer afternoon. Try this buttermilk, which is also a great source of protein and taste!

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup curd
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • ½ tablespoon black salt 
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tablespoon ghee
  •  A pinch of asafoetida 
  • ½ tablespoon jeera
  • ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale chaas masala
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoon bhoondi

Instructions:

    1. Whisk the curd: Whisk one cup curd thoroughly with a whip.
    2. Mix the leaves: Add finely chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves to the whisked curd and mix well.
  • Prepare the seasonging: In apan, heat ½ tablespoon of ghee and add a pinch of asafoetida and ½ tablespoon of jeera and saute well. Add this to the whisked curd.
  • Add the masala: Add ½ tablespoon of Bhoj Masale chaas masala to the whisked curd and mix well.
  • Prepare the final touch: Add 2 cubes of ice in a glass, 2 tablespoon of bhoondi and pour the whisked buttermilk to it and add a mint leaf on the top for the final touch of garnish and enjoy!
  • Tips:

    • Season the ingredients with ghee for an elevated flavour of buttermilk.
