Try this simple and tasty suji nasta recipe for an interesting twist in your breakfast or as a quick bite for your evening tea and enjoy every bite of it!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 cup water
- ½ tablespoon salt
- 1 cup suji
Seasoning:
- 2 boiled potatoes
- ½ stick ginger chopped
- 2 green chillies
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale chaat masala
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale black pepper powder
- ½ tablespoon chilli flakes
- ½ tablespoon cumin powder
- ½ tablespoon salt
- Coriander leaves
- ¼ cup corn flour
For coating:
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- ½ tablespoon salt
- ½ tablespoon pepper powder
- 1 cup water
- Breadcrumbs
Instructions:
- Prepare the suji dough: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add 1 tablespoon cumin, 2 cup water, ½ tablespoon salt and 1 cup suji and mix well. Wait until you get a semi-solid paste like consistency. Remove it from the pan.
- Season the dough: Add 2 boiled potatoes, ½ stick ginger chopped, 2 green chillies chopped, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale chaat masala, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale black pepper powder, ½ tablespoon chilli flakes, ½ tablespoon cumin powder, ½ tablespoon salt, coriander leaves and ¼ cup corn flour and mix well.

Tips:
- Coating the dough balls in a cornstarch/corn flour mixture before coating it in breadcrumbs will help in sticking the breadcrumbs well while frying.
