A flavourful change to your everyday routine, which is a delight to your taste buds and at the same time healthy for your body!
Ingredients:
- 3 green capsicum
- 1 tablespoon jeera
- A sprinkle of Bhoj Masale hing
- 1 green chilli
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale bhuna jeera
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale dhania jeera powder
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chilli powder
- A sprinkle of Bhoj Masale black pepper powder
- ½ tablespoon salt
- 1 boiled and mashed potato
- 1 tablespoon kasuri methi
- Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the capsicum: Take 2-3 capsicums (as required) and cut in half vertically and remove the top half. De-seed the capsicum and clean it thoroughly.
- Add the potato: To this, add 1 boiled and mashed potato and combine well. Add 1 tablespoon of dry kasuri methi and mix well.
- Stuff the capsicum: Place the prepared stuffing in the capsicum.
- Garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves.
- Plate the stuffed capsicum and savour it!
Tips:
- Add the potato after the masala, otherwise the stuffing will become very dry.
