Ingredients:
- Garlic cloves - 10 to 12
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- Bhoj Masale Hing Powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chilli powder
- Salt as required
- Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- Cumin seeds
- Oil as required
Instructions:
- Add the ingredients: Add all the ingredients like garlic cloves, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder, Bhoj Masale Hing Powder, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chilli powder, salt, curry leaves, cumin seeds, and coriander leaves to a mortar and pestle
- Serve dhokla with this garlic chutney and enjoy!
Tips:
- Saute the chutney only for 1 to 2 minutes to retain its flavor!
