Spicy Garlic Chutney

Once you try this spicy garlic chutney as a side dish for dhokla, you will never look back again. Make this mouth watering chutney and surprise your guests.

    1. Add the ingredients: Add all the ingredients like garlic cloves, ½ tablespoon  Bhoj Masale turmeric powder,  Bhoj Masale Hing Powder, 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale red chilli powder, salt, curry leaves, cumin seeds, and coriander leaves to a mortar and pestle 
  • Prepare the chutney: Crush everything together until a paste is formed. After some time, add oil and mix well.
  • Tempering: Add oil to a heated pan and add hing powder. Transfer the chutney to the pan and combine well.
    1. Serve dhokla with this garlic chutney and enjoy!

    Tips:

    • Saute the chutney only for 1 to 2 minutes to retain its flavor!
