Flavourful paratha and comforting chai for chasing all the blues away! This recipe is so simple but so effective.
Ingredients:
- ½ cauliflower grated
- 3-4 green chillies chopped
- 1 onion
- Coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale paratha masala
- Wheat/maida paratha of choice
- Ghee/Oil of choice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Chai Masala
Instructions:
- Prepare the stuffing: Add ½ cauliflower grated, 3-4 green chillies chopped, 1 onion chopped, a handful of coriander leaves and 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale paratha masala to a bowl and mix it all well.
- Prepare the paratha: Take the dough of your choice and spread it into a small circle.
- Plate the paratha along with the cup of chai and enjoy!
Tips:
- Adding cauliflower to your stuffing gives flavour, consistency and keeps you full for a while.
