Special Chai and Paratha Recipe

Flavourful paratha and comforting chai for chasing all the blues away! This recipe is so simple but so effective.

 

 

Ingredients:

Instructions:

    1. Prepare the stuffing: Add ½ cauliflower grated, 3-4 green chillies chopped, 1 onion chopped, a handful of coriander leaves and 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale paratha masala  to a bowl and mix it all well.
    2. Prepare the paratha: Take the dough of your choice and spread it into a small circle.
  • Add the stuffing: Add the stuffing to the paratha dough and seal it properly by rolling it into a ball.
  • Cook the paratha: With a rolling pin, spread the stuffed paratha dough into a medium and thick paratha and cook this on a pan on both the sides by applying ghee or oil of your choice.
  • Prepare the chai: Boil some water in a pan and 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale Chai Masala  and bring it to boil. Once it is boiling add 1 cup of milk of your choice and let it be on medium flame for a while. Filter the chai and pour it into a cup.
    1. Plate the paratha along with the cup of chai and enjoy!

    Tips:

    • Adding cauliflower to your stuffing gives flavour, consistency and keeps you full for a while.
