A delicacy that never goes out of fashion or demand! Try this recipe at home and enjoy some healthy and tasty chicken kabab at the comfort of your home!
Ingredients:
- ½ kg boneless chicken
- 9-10 garlic cloves
- 3-4 green chillies
- 1.5 inch garlic
- Few pieces of brown bread
- ½ onions chopped
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chilli powder
- ½ tablespoon salt
- ½ tablespoon garam masala
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala
- Sprinkle of Bhoj Masale red chilli flakes
- Coriander leaves
- ½ table spoon ghee
Instructions:
- Grind the chicken: Mix ½ kg boneless chicken with 9-10 garlic cloves, 3-4 green chillies, 1.5 inch garlic, a few pieces of brown bread and grind well.
- Place it on the stick: Insert the prepared dough on a toothpick or any stick of medium size.
- Fry it: Shallow fry the chicken along with the stick.
- Juicy and hot chicken kabab is now ready to be relished and savoured.
Tips:
- Just grinding some bread with the chicken will give good binding.
