Simple Paneer Curry Recipe

Simple, quick and easy recipe for paneer curry which is a must try. Savour this recipe with some hot rotis or a bowl of rice for the complete experience! 



  • 2-3 Onions
  • 2-3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon jeera
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 
  • 1 bowl paneer cubes



    1. Make the paste: Take 2-3 onions, 2-3 tomatoes and 1 green chilli all cut in medium pieces and grind them to a fine paste.
    2. Cook The paste: In a pan heat 1 tablespoon oil and put 1 tablespoon jeera and saute it well. Add the prepared paste along with 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and saute it well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the masala: Now add ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder, 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chili powder and salt as per taste. Add water as required and mix well. Once thoroughly mixed add 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kitchen king masala and mix again. Add water if required.
  • Add the paneer: Add water to the masala mix to make it to liquid consistency and add the paneer cubes. Cover and cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish: After removing the paneer from the flame, sprinkle some crushed kasuri methi and enjoy the paneer curry!
  • Tips:

    • Add the kasuri methi after switching the flame off.
