Simple, quick and easy recipe for paneer curry which is a must try. Savour this recipe with some hot rotis or a bowl of rice for the complete experience!
Ingredients:
- 2-3 Onions
- 2-3 Tomatoes
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon jeera
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 bowl paneer cubes
Seasoning:
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kitchen king masala
- A pinch of kasuri methi
Instructions:
- Make the paste: Take 2-3 onions, 2-3 tomatoes and 1 green chilli all cut in medium pieces and grind them to a fine paste.
- Cook The paste: In a pan heat 1 tablespoon oil and put 1 tablespoon jeera and saute it well. Add the prepared paste along with 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and saute it well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Tips:
- Add the kasuri methi after switching the flame off.
