This preparation of the classic mix veg recipe comes with a twist. This recipe does not require you to include onions or garlic which is inclusive of many diets and personal preferences.
Ingredients:
- Mutton as required
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Meat Masala
- 1 Onion
- 1 cup curd
- Salt as per taste
- 1 glass water
For the paste:
- 2 Onion
- 6-7 almonds (Badam)
- ½ cup makhana
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Prepare the mutton: After the oil is heated, add the mutton in a pan, with 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and give it a good mix. Add 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Meat Masala, 1 medium sized onion cut, salt, water and mix it well. Cover and cook for until the mutton is cooked well.
- Make the paste: Cut 2 onions in medium size and fry it nicely until it is brown. Add the fried onions, 6-7 almonds (Badam), ½ cup makhana and ¼ cup sesame seeds in a mixer and grind them to a coarse paste.
- Final touch for the gravy: Add the coarse paste and curd to mutton and mix well. Once everything is mixed add ½ tablespoon of Bhoj Masale Meat Masala and cover and cook until the mutton is fully cooked.
- Shahi mutton korma is done and ready to be savoured!
