Quick and delicious shadiyo mix sabji that will leave you wanting for more. Try this at home anf you will not regret!
Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 capsicums
- 1 cauliflower
- 8-10 beans
- 1 ½ tablespoon of mustard oil
- 1 tablespoon jeera
- 1 cup ginger garlic paste
- 2-3 green chilli
- 1 onion
- 1½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale sabji masala
- ½ tablespoon salt
- 1 cup tomato puree
- Coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Prepare the vegetables: Cut 2 potatoes, 2 carrots, 2 capsicums, 1 cauliflower and 8-10 beans and fry them in 1 ½ tablespoon mustard oil and shallow fry it. Keep it aside.
- Prepare the tempering: Add 1 ½ tablespoon of mustard oil and heat it. Now , add 1 tablespoon jeera, 1 cup ginger garlic paste, 2-3 green chilli, 1 onion chopped, 1½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale sabji masala, ½ tablespoon salt and 1 cup tomato puree and mix well.
- Garnish: Garnish it with some coriander leaves and serve!

- The flavour of desi food is enhanced when mustard oil is used.
