Tasty and delicious delicacy, from Gujarat that can be savoured with a hot roti laced with some better. Try this recipe for your evening snack!
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon oil
- ½ tablespoon jeera
- ½ tablespoon mustard
- ¼ tablespoon Bhoj Masale hing
- ½ tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 3-4 tomatoes
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- 1½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chili powder
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala
- Salt as per taste
- Kasuri Methi
- 1 Cup sev
- Coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Prepare the gravy: In a pan, heat 2 tablespoon of oil and to it add ½ tablespoon jeera, ½ tablespoon mustard, ¼ tablespoon Bhoj Masale hing, ½ tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 3-4 tomatoes chopped, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder, 1½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chili powder, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala, salt as per taste and crushed kasuri methi and mix well. Add some tomato puree to mox well.
- Garnish: Garish it with some coriander leaves.
Tips:
- Add some tomato puree after adding the tomatoes for the gravy to bind well.
