Hotel flavour at the comfort of your home, this recipe is so flavourful and too tempting to not try it at least once.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peas
- 1-2 chopped onion
- 1-2 chopped tomatoes
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- 1 cup methi
- 1 cinnamon
- 2 cardamoms
- 3 cloves
- 1 tablespoon jeera
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale Shahi Paneer Masala
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chilli powder
- ½ cup cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt as required
Instructions:
- Boil the peas: Add ½ tablespoon of salt to boiling water and to it add 1 cup fresh peas and let it boil until soft.
- Fry kade masala: Add 1 cinnamon, 2 cardamoms, 3 cloves and 1 tablespoon jeera to a pan and saute well.
- Add the masalas: Add ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale Shahi Paneer Masala, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder and 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Tips:
- Adding roasted methi leaves helps in capturing the flavour of the gravy and enhances the overall taste.
- Adding sugar in the end helps balance the flavour.
