Instructions:

    1. Cook the dal: Wash the dal (1 cup toor dal, 1 cup masoor dal, ½ cup channa dal, ½ cup urad dal and ½ cup moong dal) thoroughly. After washing, add all the dal in a cooker with water as required, ¼ tablespoon turmeric powder, a sprinkle of Bhoj Masale hing powder and salt to taste and cook until the dal is mashed well.
  • Prepare the tadka: In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add a sprinkle of Bhoj Masale hing powder, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale premium whole jeera, 1 green chilli, 1 onion, 1-2  tomatoes and salt to taste. Saute well until the raw smell goes.
  • Mix the ingredients: Now, add the cooked dal to the tadka and combine well. Let it cook for a few minutes.
