Simple and tasty semolina bread recipe that will serve as a quick and delicious breakfast recipe for the days you are in a rush but want something tasty and healthy.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup semolina
  • ½ cup curd
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water as required
  • ½ cup onion
  • ½ cup tomato
  • ½ cup carrot
  • ½ cup capsicum
  • ½ cup corn 
  • Coriander leaves
  • Bhoj Masale chilli flakes
  • ½ tablespoon chaat masala
  • Oil as required

Instructions:

    1. Prepare the dough: In a bowl, add 2 cup semolina, ½ cup curd, salt as per taste and water as required and mix it well. Cover and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
    2. Mix the vegetables: Mix ½ cup onion, ½ cup tomato, ½ cup carrot, ½ cup capsicum, ½ cup corn, coriander leaves, Bhoj Masale chilli flakes and ½ tablespoon chaat masala to the batter and mix well.
  • Cook: Grease the pan with some oil and pour small portions of the batter on top and cook it on both the sides.
    1. Plate it with some tasty pudina chutney and enjoy!

    Tips:

    • Keep the batter consistency thick to get better results.
