Simple and tasty semolina bread recipe that will serve as a quick and delicious breakfast recipe for the days you are in a rush but want something tasty and healthy.
Ingredients:
- 2 cup semolina
- ½ cup curd
- Salt as per taste
- Water as required
- ½ cup onion
- ½ cup tomato
- ½ cup carrot
- ½ cup capsicum
- ½ cup corn
- Coriander leaves
- Bhoj Masale chilli flakes
- ½ tablespoon chaat masala
- Oil as required
Instructions:
- Prepare the dough: In a bowl, add 2 cup semolina, ½ cup curd, salt as per taste and water as required and mix it well. Cover and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
- Mix the vegetables: Mix ½ cup onion, ½ cup tomato, ½ cup carrot, ½ cup capsicum, ½ cup corn, coriander leaves, Bhoj Masale chilli flakes and ½ tablespoon chaat masala to the batter and mix well.
- Plate it with some tasty pudina chutney and enjoy!
Tips:
- Keep the batter consistency thick to get better results.
