Quick and tasty pyaaz ke parathe recipe is a time saviour and a delicious recipe that can be prepared for lunch or for your tiffin box to carry!
For base of parathas:
- 1-2 onions
- Fresh coriander leaves
- ½ tablespoon cumin seeds
- ½ tablespoon carrom seeds
- ½ tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Paratha Masala
- ½ tablespoon salt
Instructions:
- Prepare the paratha Stuffing: In a bowl, mix 1-2 onions diced, fresh coriander leaves, ½ tablespoon of cumin seeds, ½ tablespoon of carrom seeds, ½ tablespoon of red chilli powder, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Paratha Masala and ½ tablespoon salt and mix it well.
- Make the paratha: Roll out some wheat parathas and apply ghee on it. Place the prepared stuffing and cut one end of the paratha and fold it into a triangular shape.
- Tasty and delicious pyaaz ka parathas are ready to be savoured!
Tips:
- Adding ghee makes the paratha taste better.
