Perfect Paratha

This paratha recipe will help you make stuffed parathas effortlessly. Try this recipe and impress your loved ones with awesome parathas.

 

 


 

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon gram flour
  • Mustard oil
  • 1 chopped medium-sized onion 
  • 1 grated piece of ginger 
  • 2 chopped green chilies 
  • Salt as per taste
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chili powder
  • 2 Grated boiled potatoes 
  • Chopped coriander leaves 
  • 2 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale Paratha Masala
  • Ghee or butter 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dough: Mix wheat flour, a little salt, and oil. Add water gradually and knead until soft. Let it rest for about 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the stuffing: In mustard oil, sauté the chopped onion, ginger, and green chilies. Add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, and grated potatoes. Mix well. Add chopped coriander and paratha masala for extra flavor. Let the stuffing cool down for a while.
  3. Stuff the paratha: Take a small portion of the dough and roll it out slightly. Place one spoonful of stuffing in the center, fold the dough around it, and seal the edges. Roll it out thickly into a flat paratha.
  4. Cook the paratha: Heat a pan over medium heat. Place the paratha on the pan and cook until it starts to brown. Flip it over, apply ghee or butter, and cook both sides until golden and crisp.
  5. Serve the parathas with curd or pickle.

Tip:


  1. Resting the dough for 10 to 15 minutes will help achieve softer parathas.
