Easy and tasty recipe for an evening snack that will go well with a hot cup of tea and right at the brim of the golden hour!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon saunf powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon gram flour
- 3 boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala
- 1 tablespoon dry mango powder
- 1 tablespoon chaat masala
- Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
For the dough:
- ½ cup of wheat flour
- Crushed carom seeds
- 2 tablespoon oil
- Salt as per taste
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- 2½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chili powder
- ¼ cup water
Instructions:
- Cook the ingredients: In a pan take one tablespoon of oil and add 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chili powder. 1 tablespoon saunf powder and 1 tablespoon cumin powder and roast well. Once roasted well, add 1 tablespoon of gram flour and bind well. Add 3 boiled and mashed potatoes and combine well.
- Remove the kachori from the stove and serve it hot!
Tips:
- Setting aside the dough for a few minutes helps in getting the proper consistency.
