Enjoy a delicious and simple pav bhaji recipe along with an evening chai or impress your guests with some delicious snacks!
Ingredients:
- 1 Cauliflower
- 2-3 Carrots
- 1 capsicum
- 2-3 potatoes
- ½ pumpkin
- ½ tablespoon red chilli powder
- Salt as per taste
- ½ tablespoon oil
- 1 Chopped capsicum
- 3-4 onions
- Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale pav bhaji masala
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
- Steam the vegetables: Add 1 cauliflower, 2-3 carrots, 1 capsicum, 2-3 potatoes and ½ pumpkin cut into small pieces in a cooker along with salt, ½ tablespoon red chilli and water as required and steam it for 4 whistles until they turn soft. After removing the vegetables from the frame, mash it well.
- Make the bhaji: In a pan add ½ tablespoon oil and to it add capsicum chopped, 3-4 onions finely chopped, ginger garlic paste, 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale pav bhaji masala and 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chilli powder and saute well until everything is mixed together.
Tips:
- Toss the pav along with some bhaji on the tawa before serving the pav with bhaji for better results.
