Papad Pakodi Recipe

Quick and delicious snack which has every potential to become a party favourite. Try this recipe and impress your guests!





    1. Cut the papad: Cut the papad into diamond shapes and set them aside.
  • Prepare the dough: In a bowl, combine 2-3 tablespoon besan flour, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chilli powder, 1½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale chaat masala, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala and ½ tablespoon of salt and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and water as required and mix it well. Bring this to a loose consistency. 
  • Make the pakoda: Dip the cut up papad pieces in this mixture and fry it in ½ a pan of oil.
    1. Plate it along with some tomato ketchup and enjoy!


    • Masala papad will give better results than plain papad.
