Quick and delicious snack which has every potential to become a party favourite. Try this recipe and impress your guests!
Ingredients:
- 8-10 masala papad
- 2-3 tablespoon besan flour
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chilli powder
- 1 ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale chaat masala
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala
- ½ tablespoon salt
- Coriander leaves
- Water as required
Instructions:
- Cut the papad: Cut the papad into diamond shapes and set them aside.
- Plate it along with some tomato ketchup and enjoy!
Tips:
- Masala papad will give better results than plain papad.
