Mouth watering and scrumptious panipuri recipe made easy so you can try this from the comfort of your home and relish the panipuri for your evening snack.
For the stuffing:
- 3-4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale panipuri masala
- ½ table spoon red chilli powder
- Salt as per taste
- Coriander leaves
For the sweet water (meetha paani):
- 2-3 chunks of tamarind
- 2-3 shavings of jaggery
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale panipuri masala
- ½ table spoon red chilli powder
- 6-8 ice cubes
- Water as required
- 2-3 spoons of panipuri boondi
For the spicy water (jaljeera paani):
- ½ cup coriander leaves
- 3 cups mint leaves
- 1 piece ginger
- 2 green chillies
- ½ tablespoon red chilli powder
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale panipuri masala
- Salt as per taste
- Water as required
- 6-8 ice cubes
- 2-3 spoons of panipuri boondi
Instructions:
- Prepare the stuffing: Boil the potatoes until soft. Mash the potatoes and add finely chopped onions, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale panipuri masala, ½ table spoon red chilli powder, salt as per taste and cut up coriander leaves and mix well. Set it aside
- Make the sweet water: In a bowl, add the tamarind pieces and water and soak well. Add this to a handful of jaggery shavings along with ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale panipuri masala, ½ table spoon red chilli powder, 6-8 ice cubes and Water as required and give it a good mix. Add the panipuri boondi on the top and keep it aside.
- Make the spicy water: Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger piece, 2 green chillies and water and grind it finely in a mixer. After making it into a fine paste add ½ tablespoon red chilli powder, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale panipuri masala, salt as per taste, 6-8 ice cubes and water as required. Mix it well and add the panipuri boondi on the top.
Tips:
- Add ice cubes to the water to keep it fresh.
