Ingredients:
- Wheat flour
For Spinach puree:
- Spinach
- Coriander leaves
- Green chilli
- Salt
- Garlic
- Water
For stuffing:
- Paneer
- Chopped onions and green chillies
- Cumin seeds
- Salt & red chilli powder
- Chilli flakes & coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale paratha masala
Instructions:
- Prepare spinach puree: Grind spinach, coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, garlic cloves, and water in a mixer jar to prepare a puree.
- Prepare the stuffing: Grate paneer, add finely chopped onions, green chillies, cumin seeds, salt, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, coriander leaves, and Bhoj Masale paratha masala.
- Cook the paratha: Cook both sides of the paratha on medium flame with some butter.
- Remove the paratha from the pan and serve it on a plate!
