Palak Paneer Paratha

Are you someone who doesn’t like to consume leafy vegetables? Are you struggling to feed greens to your kids? Then this recipe will make your job easy. Try this paratha at home and enjoy it with your family.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour

For Spinach puree:

  • Spinach
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chilli
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Water

For stuffing:

  • Paneer
  • Chopped onions and green chillies
  • Cumin seeds
  • Salt & red chilli powder 
  • Chilli flakes & coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale paratha masala

Instructions:

    1. Prepare spinach puree: Grind spinach, coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, garlic cloves, and water in a mixer jar to prepare a puree.
    2. Prepare the stuffing: Grate paneer, add finely chopped onions, green chillies, cumin seeds, salt, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, coriander leaves, and   Bhoj Masale paratha masala.
  • Prepare the dough: Take 2 cups of wheat flour in a bowl, and mix with spinach puree to prepare the dough.
  • Make the paratha: Take a small portion of the dough, dust it with flour, and flatten it into a thick paratha. Place the prepared stuffing in the middle of the paratha and seal it
    1. Cook the paratha: Cook both sides of the paratha on medium flame with some butter.
    2. Remove the paratha from the pan and serve it on a plate!
