Try this crispy and tasty onion pakoda on rainy days or on days when you are craving for a quick snack. You will hate to buy them outside when you start making pakoda at home like this.
Ingredients:
- Onions - 2
- 2 tablespoon besan flour
- 2 tablespoon rice flour
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Dhaniya Jeera powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chilli powder
- Green chillies
- Salt as required
- Coriander leaves
- Crushed ajwain
- Fennel seeds
- Water as required
Instructions:
- Cut the papad: Cut the onion into thin slices and transfer them to a bowl.
- Plate it along with a hot cup of tea or coffee and enjoy!
Tips:
- Thick pakoda batter will give you crispy onion pakodas!
