Onion Pakoda

Try this crispy and tasty onion pakoda on rainy days or on days when you are craving for a quick snack. You will hate to buy them outside when you start making pakoda at home like this.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

    1. Cut the papad: Cut the onion into thin slices and transfer them to a bowl.
  • Prepare the dough: In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoon besan flour, ½ tablespoon  Bhoj Masale turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale Dhaniya Jeera powder, 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale red chilli powder, salt as required and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and water as required and mix it well. 
  • Make the pakoda: Fry the coated onions in batches until they turn brown.
    1. Plate it along with a hot cup of tea or coffee and enjoy!

    Tips:

    • Thick pakoda batter will give you crispy onion pakodas!
