This preparation of the classic mix veg recipe comes with a twist. This recipe does not require you to include onions or garlic which is inclusive of many diets and personal preferences.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup fried grams
- 4-5 green chillies
- Mint leaves
- Coriander leaves
- ½ lemon
- ¼ tablespoon Bhoj Masale bhuna jeera
- ¼ tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 inch ginger
- Sprinkle of Bhoj Masale hing
- Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Grind the masala: In a mixer jar, add ½ cup fried grams, 4-5 green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ½ lemon, ¼ tablespoon Bhoj Masale bhuna jeera, ¼ tablespoon turmeric powder, 1 inch ginger, sprinkle of Bhoj Masale hing, curry leaves and salt to taste and grind it to a coarse powder.
Tips:
- This dry chutney helps in keeping the chaat fresh as chaat soaked with wet chutneys often removes the crispiness of the chaat.
