Ingredients:
- Paratha
- 1 tablespoon pudina chutney
- 1 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 1 Cauliflower
- 1 Radish
- 2 Chillies
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Paratha Masala
Instructions:
- Cut the paratha: Take a medium sized paratha and create one slit starting from the middle.
- Apply the chutney: Apply one coating of pudina chutney on the top.
- Place the stuffing: Place finely cut carrots, onions, cauliflower and radish in a triangular fashion making space for all the ingredients to fit. Sprinkle some cut up chillies and 1 tablespoon of Bhoj Masale Paratha Masala on the top.
Tips:
- Create the slit of the paratha mostly from the center of the paratha to be able to seal it properly.
