Mexican Pasta Recipe

This one pot mexican pasta recipe is a time saviour, which can be made in less than 30 minutes but with no compromise to the taste!





  1. Cut the vegetables: Dice 1 onion, 1 red capsicum and 1 green capsicum into cubes and set it aside.
  2. Steam the pasta: Steam and cook any pasta of your choice and keep it ready.
  3. Prepare the pasta: In a pan, heat 1½ tablespoon of olive and oil and add the cut vegetables to it and saute it. Add one cup of all purpose flour and mix well as it starts to bubble. Add 1½ cup of milk to this and let it boil/bubble.
  4. Add the spices: Add ½ tablespoon black pepper powder, a sprinkle of Bhoj Masale chilli flakes, Bhoj Masale oregano and Bhoj Masale italian seasoning and mix well. Add ½ tablespoon of salt and give it a mix.
  5. Grate cheese: Grate some cheese of your choice and mix it well until you get the cheesy consistency. 
  6. Add ½ tablespoon of tandoori sauce/mayo to this and mix well. (optional)
  7. Add pasta: Add the steamed pasta of your choice and combine well.
  8. Add 4 small cubes of butter in the end and switch off the stove.
  9. Plate the cheesy mexican pasta and top with chilli flakes and other seasonings if needed and enjoy!


  • Add the all purpose flour after adding the vegetables so that it does not burn or stick to the pan.
