Tasty and masala filled chole recipe for the days when you are craving for something tasty but also healthy at the same time.
Ingredients:
- 2 green chillies
- 2 inch ginger
- 1 green capsicum
- Coriander leaves with a little bit of stem
- 3 tomatoes
- ½ tablespoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoon kashmiri red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoon coriander powder
- 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale chole masala
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- ½ tablespoon asafoetida
- 1 bowl boiled chole
- 2 tablespoon ghee
- 1 tablespoon fenugreek
Instructions:
- Prepare the tomato paste: Add 2 green chillies slit, 2 inch ginger, 1 green capsicum, coriander leaves with a little bit of stem and 3 tomatoes in a mixer and make a fine paste.
- Make the masala paste: Add ½ tablespoon turmeric powder, 2 tablespoon kashmiri red chilli powder, 2 tablespoon coriander powder and 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale chole masala along with some water and make it a paste.
- Garnish it with 1 tablespoon of ghee and 1 tablespoon of fenugreek.
- Serve it hot with some rotis or rice and enjoy!
Tips:
- Add the masala paste before the tomato paste since masala needs more time to cook for the raw smell to go.
