Delicious and tasty masala soya chaap recipe for an interesting change in our mundane routine of daal and paneer gravies. Try this at home and impress everyone!
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Soya Chaap
- 7-8 black pepper balls
- 2-3 cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- 7-8 cloves of garlic
- 2 inch of ginger
- ½ tablespoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chili powder
- 2 tomatoes
- 2-3 onions
- 7-8 cashews
- Kasuri Methi
- 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Fry the chaap: Fry the soya chaap in a pan. After it cools down, cut it into small pieces and set it aside..
- Make the seasoning: In a pan, heat some oil and add 7-8 black pepper balls, 2-3 cloves and 2 bay leaves and saute it well. Meanwhile, grind 7-8 cloves of garlic and 2 inches of ginger in a mixer and make a paste. Add it to the pan and mix well. Add ½ tablespoon turmeric powder, 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder and 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chili powder and mix well. Add grinded tomatoes to this and combine everything well.
- Plate the masala soya chaap and enjoy!
Tips:
- Add the garam masala in the end so as to not overcook it, otherwise it will give a bitter taste.
