An easy fix of a snack, that can be prepared right on time for the tea to steam and be ready for an evening tea time overlooking the view from your balcony!
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- Coriander leaves
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chili powder
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale black pepper powder
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale chat masala
- ½ tablespoon salt
- Pappad
- Ketchup
- Sev
Instructions:
- Cut the vegetables: Cut 1 onion, 1 tomato and some coriander leaves into small and fine pieces.
- Fix the masala pappad: Remove the pappad from the stove and on top of it, place the prepared vegetable mix.
- Enjoy the masala pappad with tea or coffee!
Tips:
- Add the coriander leaves in the end after mixing the masala, as the coriander leaves are fragile and might not release the flavour if mixed earlier with the masalas.
