Masala Papad Recipe

An easy fix of a snack, that can be prepared right on time for the tea to steam and be ready for an evening tea time overlooking the view from your balcony!





    1. Cut the vegetables: Cut 1 onion, 1 tomato and some coriander leaves into small and fine pieces.
  • Mix the ingredients: Take the chopped onion and tomato in a bowl and add ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chili powder, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale black pepper powder, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale chat masala and ½ tablespoon salt and mix well. Add the chopped coriander leaves and give it a mix. Set this aside.
  • Prepare the pappad: Take any pappad of your choice and shallow fry it on a pan with some oil.
      1. Fix the masala pappad: Remove the pappad from the stove and on top of it, place the prepared vegetable mix.
  • Garnish: Garnish it with some ketchup, coriander leaves and a sprinkle of sev.
    1. Enjoy the masala pappad with tea or coffee!


    • Add the coriander leaves in the end after mixing the masala, as the coriander leaves are fragile and might not release the flavour if mixed earlier with the masalas.
