A simple hack to make your daily snack interesting and tasty. Roasted and seasoned cashew nuts go well with a piping hot cup of tea!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon clarified butter
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chili powder
- ¼ tablespoon Bhoj Masale Bhuna Jeera
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala
- ¼ tablespoon Bhoj Masale black pepper powder
- ¼ tablespoon dry mango powder
- ½ tablespoon black salt
- ¼ tablespoon salt
Instructions:
- Roast the cashew: Add 1 tablespoon clarified butter to a pan and to it add 1 cup of cashew nuts and roast it well until golden brown..
- Add the seasoning: Switch off the flame, and to the cashews add ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chili powder, ¼ tablespoon Bhoj Masale Bhuna Jeera, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala, ¼ tablespoon Bhoj Masale black pepper powder, ¼ tablespoon dry mango powder, ½ tablespoon black salt and ¼ tablespoon salt and mix it well.
- Roast the cashews again with the seasoning for half a minute and switch off the flame.
- Serve the seasoned cashews and enjoy!
Tips:
- Roast the cashew nuts separately before adding the masala to get the crunchy texture.
