Make Delicious Aloo Payaz Ka Paratha - Bhoj Masale

Contest worthy aloo payaz ka paratha is a recipe worth trying! This simple yet clever addition to the classic aloo paratha is not to be missed!


For base of parathas:

 

  • 3-4 tablespoons of wheat
  • 1 tablespoon of chickpea flour
  • Water
  • Salt to taste 

 

Ingredients for the stuffing:

 

  • 1 medium size onion
  • Small piece of garlic
  • 2 green chilis
  • 2 medium sized potatoes
  • Coriander leaves

Instructions:

 

    1. Make the paratha base: Combine together wheat flour, chickpea flour and salt as per taste in a bowl and mix well with water and prepare the paratha dough.
    2. Prepare the stuffing: Heat some oil in a pan, add the cut onion, ginger, green chilis, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder to it and mix well.

 

  • Mix the stuffing: Grate the potatoes and add it to a bowl. Mix the stuffing along with the grated potatoes and add 1 tablespoon of Bhoj Masale Paratha Masala and coriander leaves to the mixture and combine everything together.
  • Make the parathas: Make the paratha dough into separate balls and make them into medium circles. Add the stuffing to the circles and roll them with a pin.
    1. Add the parathas to the pan along with some ghee.
    2. Tasty and delicious aloo payaz ka parathas are ready to be savoured!

    • Store the parathas in baking paper to keep it fresh.
