Tasty and delicious lifafa paneer paratha recipe that is very easy and quick to make. It makes for a good lunchbox recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 capsicum finely chopped
- 1-2 green chillies chopped
- 1 bowl grated paneer
- ½ tablespoon chaat masala
- ¼ tablespoon garam masala
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale paratha masala
- Coriander leaves
- 2 cup wheat flour
- Water as required
- Salt as required
For sealing:
- 2 tablespoon wheat flour
- 2 tablespoon water
Instructions:
- Prepare the stuffing: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and to it add 1 onion finely chopped, 1 capsicum finely chopped, 1-2 green chillies chopped and 1 bowl grated paneer and mix everything well.
- Stuffing: Place the prepared stuffing in the middle of the paratha and seal it with wheat flour water (mix 2 tablespoons of wheat flour with 2 tablespoons of water). Make the paratha into a pocket.
- Cook the paratha on both sides.
- Serve it hot and enjoy!
Tips:
- Sealing the paratha with wheat flour water helps in retaining the taste and helps in the stuffing from falling out.
