Quick, easy and tasty recipe for layered paratha that will leave you wanting for more! Try this for a quick lunchbox recipe or just for the lazy days when you need a quick fix for breakfast or lunch!
Ingredients:
- Paratha of choice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- All purpose flour
- 1 finely chopped onion
- A handful of coriander leaves
- Red chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale chaat Masala
Instructions:
- Prepare the paratha: Roll out a paratha of your choice (wheat or maida) into a medium-large size round. Apply oil as required on the top of the paratha.
- Assemble the ingredients: Dust some all purpose flour on the paratha, and add finely chopped onion, a handful of coriander leaves, a sprinkle of red chilli flakes and 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale chaat Masala.
- Wrap the paratha: Close the paratha from both the sides and roll it from the top to bottom slowly.
- Cook the paratha: Place the paratha on a pan, and add ghee or oil of your choice and flip and cook it on both the sides.
Tips:
- Flip the paratha to the other side from the cut while rolling the paratha so that the stuffing inside do not fall out.
