A quick and easy fix for days when you are craving for a delicious meal but you just don’t have the patience to prepare anything elaborate!
Ingredients:
- 10-12 cloves of garlic
- 1½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chilli powder
- ½ tablespoon mustard seeds
- ½ tablespoon jeera
- 1-2 green chillies slit
- 3-4 curry leaves
- 1 onion diced
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- ½ tablespoon salt
- 1 bowl curd
- Coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Prepare the garlic paste: Take 10-12 cloves of garlic and 1½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chilli powder in a grinding stone and grind it together to a coarse powder. Set it aside.
- Plate the curry with some hot rotis and enjoy!
Tips:
- Prepare the garlic paste yourself instead of adding store bought paste to give a fresh taste which enhances the overall dish.
