Ingredients:
- 1-2 Onions
- 1-2 tomatoes
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 cube paneer
- 2-3 green chillies
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- ½ tablespoon saunf
- Bhoj Masale star anise
- Bhoj Masale cloves
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chili powder
- Coriander leaves
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Dice the vegetables: Dice 1-2 onion, 1 capsicum, paneer cubes and set aside. Slit the chillis vertically and mince the garlic and keep aside.
- Make the tomato puree: Cut tomatoes into medium pieces and grind them thoroughly in a mixer.
- Add a little bit of coriander leaves for the final touch of garnish! (Optional)
Tips:
- Always add the masala after the other ingredients are sauteed for sometime, giving room for the raw smell to vanish. This will make the dish tastier and fresh.
