    1. Dice the vegetables: Dice 1-2 onion, 1 capsicum, paneer cubes and set aside. Slit the chillis vertically and mince the garlic and keep aside.
    2. Make the tomato puree: Cut tomatoes into medium pieces and grind them thoroughly in a mixer.
  • Saute the vegetables: Heat oil in a pan and saute the diced onion and capsicum in medium flame for 2-3 minutes and remove it. In the same pan, medium fry the paneer cubes and set it aside.
  • Prepare the gravy: In the same pan, add some oil, and temper the fennel seeds, green chillies and onion for 2 minutes. Mix the tomato puree with this and combine all together.
  • Add the masalas: Add salt as required, 2-3 Bhoj Masale star anise and Bhoj Masale cloves and saute well. Once it is sauteed, add ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder and 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chili powder and mix thoroughly. Add some water and bring it to medium consistency.
  • Mix all the ingredients: Now add the sauted dice onion and capsicum along with the medium fried paneer cubes and bring all the ingredients together.
      1. Add a little bit of coriander leaves for the final touch of garnish! (Optional)
  • Now, savour the Kadhai paneer!
  • Tips:

    • Always add the masala after the other ingredients are sauteed for sometime, giving room for the raw smell to vanish. This will make the dish tastier and fresh.
