Delicious and simple jeera aloo recipe is a game changer for all the quick early morning recipes before going to work! Try this recipe along with hot rotis and be mind blown! 





    1. Prepare the tempering: Add 1 tablespoon of oil and heat it. Now , 1 tablespoon jeera, 1-2 green chillies, ½ tablespoon grated ginger. ½ tablespoon asafoetida and saute it well. After sauteing well, add the boiled baby potatoes along with salt as required and mix well.
  • Add the masala: After cooking the tomato for 2-3 minutes add ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chili powder, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder, ½ tablespoon chaat masala and ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala and combine everything together thoroughly.
    1. Garnishing: Once the potato is cooked well, add some coriander leaves on the top.
    2. Jeera aloo is now ready to be served!


    • Baby potato tastes better for this recipe than the normal potato.
