Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon jeera
- 1-2 green chillies
- ½ tablespoon grated ginger
- ½ tablespoon asafoetida
- 1 bowl boiled baby potatoes (as per requirement)
- Salt as per taste.
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chili powder
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- ½ tablespoon chaat masala
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala
- Coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Prepare the tempering: Add 1 tablespoon of oil and heat it. Now , 1 tablespoon jeera, 1-2 green chillies, ½ tablespoon grated ginger. ½ tablespoon asafoetida and saute it well. After sauteing well, add the boiled baby potatoes along with salt as required and mix well.
- Garnishing: Once the potato is cooked well, add some coriander leaves on the top.
- Jeera aloo is now ready to be served!
Tips:
- Baby potato tastes better for this recipe than the normal potato.
