A delicious twist on your daily routine that delights your taste buds and is also healthy for your body!
Ingredients:
- Wheat/maida paratha dough
- Spring onion
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale paratha masala
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- A sprinkle of Bhoj Masale Oregano
- 1 green chilli
- 1 onion chopped
- Coriander leaves
- Grated cheese
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the paratha: Prepare a paratha of your choice and keep it ready. (Wheat or maida). Prepare small balls and set them aside.
- Add the other ingredients: Add 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale paratha masala, some finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, a sprinkle of Bhoj Masale Oregano, 1 green chilli, grate some cheese on top and add a pinch of salt.
- Plate the pocket paratha with some sides of your choice and savour it!
