Instant Pocket Paratha Recipe

A delicious twist on your daily routine that delights your taste buds and is also healthy for your body!

    1. Prepare the paratha: Prepare a paratha of your choice and keep it ready. (Wheat or maida). Prepare small balls and set them aside.
  • Add spring onion: Add a few chopped spring onions on the dough and dust some maida powder on top for easy and non-sticky rolling of the paratha.
  • Apply ghee: Roll the paratha into a medium sized round and on top apply some ghee.
      1. Add the other ingredients: Add 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale paratha masala,  some finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, a sprinkle of  Bhoj Masale Oregano, 1 green chilli, grate some cheese on top and add a pinch of salt.
  • Wrap the paratha: Now slowly close the sides of the paratha one by one. Close it from top to bottom as well. By doing so, you will achieve the shape of a square. 
  • Cook the paratha: Cook the paratha on a pan by applying some oil/ghee to both the sides.
    1. Plate the pocket paratha with some sides of your choice and savour it! 

    Tips:

    • Preparing wheat paratha is healthier and tastier. It also is easier on your gut.
