Flavorful Gobhi Sabji Recipe

A simple and flavourful method to make an everyday recipe more interesting and delicious! 

Ingredients:

For Sabhji:

  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 250 grams cauliflower
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 7-8 beans sliced
  • ½ cup peas 
  • ½ tablespoon  Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Seasoning:

For Garnishing:

  • 1 tablespoon anardana powder
  • Coriander leaves


Instructions:

    1. Prepare the masala paste: In a bowl, mix ½ tablespoon  Bhoj Masale turmeric powder, 2½ tablespoon  Bhoj Masale coriander powder and 2 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale red chilli powder with some water and make a paste. Set this aside.
  • Make the seasoning paste: Crush 2 green chillies, 2 inch ginger and 50 grams coriander stems together in hand and set this aside. 
  • Fry the vegetables: In a pan, heat 4 tablespoon of oil and to it add 250 grams cauliflower, 1 carrot sliced, 7-8 beans sliced, ½ cup peas, ½ tablespoon  Bhoj Masale turmeric powder and salt to taste and saute well. Set this aside.
  • Prepare the seasoning: Heat some oil in a pan and add 1 tablespoon jeera, 1 capsicum diced and 1 tablespoon kasuri methi and saute well. To this add the masala paste prepared earlier and saute again. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add 1-2 tomatoes chopped along with some salt to taste and mix well.
    1. Add the seasoning paste: Add the green chili seasoning paste prepared earlier and saute well again.
    2. Add masala: Add 2 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale kitchen king masala in the end and combine well.
    3. Bring all the ingredients together: Add the fried vegetables to it and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
    4. Add some coriander leaves on the top for garnishing.
    5. Tasty and aromatic gobhi sabji is ready to be savoured. 

    Tips:

    • Adding  Bhoj Masale kitchen king masala will help in enhancing the taste of the sabji without having to add any other extra masala like garam masala or chaat masala.,
