A simple and flavourful method to make an everyday recipe more interesting and delicious!
Ingredients:
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- 2½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chilli powder
- 2 green chillies
- 2 inch ginger
- 50 grams coriander stems
- Salt to taste
For Sabhji:
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 250 grams cauliflower
- 1 carrot sliced
- 7-8 beans sliced
- ½ cup peas
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Seasoning:
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 capsicum diced
- 1 tablespoon kasuri methi
- 1-2 tomatoes chopped
- 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale kitchen king masala
- Salt to taste
For Garnishing:
- 1 tablespoon anardana powder
- Coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Prepare the masala paste: In a bowl, mix ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder, 2½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder and 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chilli powder with some water and make a paste. Set this aside.
- Add the seasoning paste: Add the green chili seasoning paste prepared earlier and saute well again.
- Add masala: Add 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale kitchen king masala in the end and combine well.
- Bring all the ingredients together: Add the fried vegetables to it and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add some coriander leaves on the top for garnishing.
- Tasty and aromatic gobhi sabji is ready to be savoured.

- Adding Bhoj Masale kitchen king masala will help in enhancing the taste of the sabji without having to add any other extra masala like garam masala or chaat masala.,
