Delicious and vrat-approved recipe that will keep you satiated and happy on the days you are fasting!
Ingredients:
For Stuffing:
- 1 boiled potato
- 3 tablespoon semi crushed roasted groundnuts
- ¼ cup fresh grated coconut
- ¼ cup gGreen chilli ginger paste
- 2 tablespoon raisins and chopped cashews
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Bhuna Jeera
- ½ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- Salt as per taste
For exterior dough:
- ½ kg boiled and peeled potatoes
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale black pepper powder
- ½ cup arrowroot powder
- Salt as per taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the stuffing: Mash one boiled potato and add 3 tablespoon semi crushed roasted groundnuts, ¼ cup fresh grated coconut, ¼ cup gGreen chilli ginger paste, 2 tablespoon raisins and chopped cashews, 1 tablespoon sugar and 2 tablespoon lemon juice and mix well.
- Fry the balls: Coat the prepared balls in all purpose flour and fry it in heated oil on medium flame until it turns golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the farali buff vada along with some mint chutney and enjoy!
