A simple, quick and nutritious recipe for days when you are low on ideas and energy at the same time! Try this for a quick lunch or dinner and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 10-12 eggs
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 3 onions
- 1 inch ginger
- 2-3 green chillies
- Coriander leaves
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 tomatoes
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Boil the eggs: Boil 10-12 eggs for a few minutes. Once boiled, peel the shell and cut the egg into halves and set it aside.
- Make the seasoning: In a pan, heat some oil and to it add salt as required and ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder and 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chilli powder. Saute the boiled and cut eggs in this and set it aside.
- Add the boiled and seasoned eggs to this gravy and bring it to boil.
- Top the gravy off with some chopped coriander and serve it hot!
Tips:
- Adding the green chilli paste and tomato puree instead of adding them as a whole ingredient will help in bringing the gravy together.
