Egg Tawa Masala Fry Recipe

A simple, quick and nutritious recipe for days when you are low on ideas and energy at the same time! Try this for a quick lunch or dinner and enjoy!

    1. Boil the eggs: Boil 10-12 eggs for a few minutes. Once boiled, peel the shell and cut the egg into halves and set it aside.
    2. Make the seasoning: In a pan, heat some oil and to it add salt as required and ½ tablespoon  Bhoj Masale turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale coriander powder  and 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chilli powder. Saute the boiled and cut eggs in this and set it aside.
  • Prepare the pastes: Take the chilli, ginger, garlic and coriander leaves together in a mixer and thoroughly grind them to a thick paste. Likewise, prepare a tomato puree separately by grinding 2-3 tomatoes in a mixer.
  • Bring all the ingredients together: In a pan, add a tablespoon of oil and saute 3 onions finely chopped in it. To this, add the prepared green chilli paste and tomato puree and bring it all together. Add ½ tablespoon  Bhoj Masale turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale coriander powder  and 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and water as required and mix well.
    1. Add the boiled and seasoned eggs to this gravy and bring it to boil.
    2. Top the gravy off with some chopped coriander and serve it hot!

    Tips:

    • Adding the green chilli paste and tomato puree instead of adding them as a whole ingredient will help in bringing the gravy together.
