A different take to our mundane breakfast recipe which is healthy and tasty at the same time. Try this for your breakfast recipes!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup suji
- ½ tablespoon curd
- ½ cup water
- 1 Onion
- ½ carrot grated
- ½ capsicum
- ¼ tablespoon salt
- ¼ tablespoon chilli flakes
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale chaat masala
- ½ tablespoon sesame seeds
- ½ tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 spoon szechuan sauce
Instructions:
- Prepare the suji: In a bowl, combine 1 cup suji, ½ tablespoon curd and ½ cup water and mix well. To this, add 1 onion finely chopped, ½ carrot grated, ½ capsicum chopped, ¼ tablespoon salt, ¼ tablespoon chilli flakes and ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale chaat masala and combine well.
- Cook: In a apn, add ½ tablespoon of oil and sprinkle ½ tablespoon sesame seeds and ½ tablespoon mustard seeds and saute well. Add the suji mixture and spread evenly into a medium circle. Apply 1 spoon of szechuan sauce on top and add another layer of the suji mixture on the top. Cover and cook until it is cooked.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Tips:
- The suji mixture should be of a thick consistency for better results. If it is too thin, the chilla will break or tear while cooking.
