Healthy and tasty dhaba style matar mushroom recipe that will go well with almost everything ranging from rotis, rice and even breads if you are daring!
Ingredients:
- 250 gram mushroom
- 250 gram peas
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 2 onions paste
- ½ tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale sabji masala
- 1 cup tomato, ginger and green chilli paste
- Coriander leaves
- Cream
- Water as required
- Salt as required
Instructions:
- Boil mushroom and peas: Boil 250 grams of mushroom and 250 grams of peas separately until the water boils. Set this aside.
- Prepare the tempering: Heat 2 tablespoon of oil and add 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 tablespoon garlic paste and 2 onions paste and saute well.
- Garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot with some rotis or rice and enjoy!
Tips:
- Grinding tomato, ginger and green chilli together as paste gives a good consistency and also a good mix of flavour.
