  • A sprinkle of  Bhoj Masale Chilli flakes
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 paneer cubes
  • Butter as required
  • Sub bread of choice
  • 1 tablespoon green chutney
  • 2-3 lettuce leaves
  • 2-3 onion slices
  • 2-3 cucumber slices
  • 2-3 tomato slices
  • 1 tablespoon mayo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tandoori sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • A sprinkle of salt
  • A sprinkle of black pepper powder
  • 1-2 cheese slices

Instructions:

    1. Marinate the paneer: Take 1 tablespoon kashmiri red chilli powder, a sprinkle of  Bhoj Masale Oregano, a sprinkle of  Bhoj Masale Chilli flakes, ½ tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil in a plate and mix it well.
  • Coat the paneer: Coat 4 paneer cubes with the prepared mix and marinate it.
  • Cook the paneer: Toast the paneer with some oil in a pan until both the sides get golden brown and grilled.
  • Toast the bread: Toast any sub bread of your choice in some butter on both the sides to remove the raw taste of the bread.
      1. Construct the sub bread: Apply 1 tablespoon of green chutney on the base bread. Place 2-3 lettuce leaves, 2-3 onion slices, 2-3 cucumber slices, the grilled paneer and on top of it add 1 tablespoon mayo sauce, 1 tablespoon tandoori sauce and 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup. On top of the sauces place 2-3 tomato slices and sprinkle some salt and pepper on it. Cut the cheese slices into 3-4 smaller pieces and add it on top of the tomato.
  • Seal the bread: Add some mayo sauce and tandoori sauce on top of all the stuffing so that the top bread seals together and the stuffing does not fall out.
    1. Cut the sub into half and enjoy!

    Tips:

    • Add the mayo sauce and tandoori sauce at the end to seal the bread properly.
