Who doesn’t like a desi touch to almost any cuisine? This is one such recipe which fares well with the crossover of two flavourful worlds!
Ingredients:
- 1 bowl pasta of choice
- ½ tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1 capsicum chopped
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- ½ tablespoon salt
- ¼ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale dhania jeera powder
- A sprinkle of Bhoj Masale red chilli flakes
- A sprinkle of Bhoj Masale Oregano
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta: Boil 1 bowl pasta of choice with 1 tablespoon oil and ½ tablespoon salt until it becomes soft. Set this aside.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Tips:
- Usually we don’t add chopped tomatoes to pasta recipes, but for this desi style pasta add some chopped tomatoes or the recipe will be too dry.
