Bursting with flavours, this recipe is sure to leave you dreaming for many nights after you consume it!
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion diced
- 1 capsicum diced
- A pinch of kadai masala
- Salt to taste
For frying the paneer:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 200 grams paneer cubes
- A pinch of kadai masala
- 2 tablespoon gram flour
For seasoning:
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 black cardamom
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 tablespoon kadai masala
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chilli powder
For Garnishing:
- 1 tablespoon kasuri methi
- 2 tablespoon cream
- ¼ tablespoon garam masala
- Coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Saute the veggies: Add 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan and to it add 1 onion diced, 1 capsicum diced and a pinch of kadai masala on it and fry it on high flame. Set it aside.
- Add paneer: Now, add the fried paneer and the fried veggies and mix well. Add water as per requirement and adjust consistency.
- Garnish: Finally, garnish it with 1 tablespoon kasuri methi, 2 tablespoon cream, ¼ table spoon garam masala and some coriander leaves
- Serve it hot and enjoy!
Tips:
- Sauteing the veggies on high flame in the beginning gives a smoked and tandoori flavour .
